Magnets Direct makes a variety of Promotional and FotoMagnets - a full range of exciting products. This site is unlike most
other sites on the Internet that are selling things - you cannot place
an order online, because in order for us to provide you with a Magnet,
you need to send us a photo (or photos), or possibly work with our creative
staff to develop a Magnet for your company.
Below are a number of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ),
along with how we respond to them (the answers). If after browsing through

1. How do I Place an Order for a magnet?
First you need to print out our Place an Order
page, or download your own copy to your local hard drive. Fill out the
order form, selecting the quantity of magnets you want, and any special
services you require. You should send a reprint of the photograph
you want turned into a FotoMagnet, or send multiple reprints if you
wish Multiple Copies of your FotoMagnet.
The photos you send will be used in the FotoMagnet-making process, and
will not be returned to you as photographs.

2. Why do I need to Get a Quote for
some magnets and not for others?
Most of our Promotional Magnets are custom designed - to display
different addresses, designs and shapes. We custom bid these types of
magnets, and cannot offer pricing online. You should Get
a Quote to see how much these magnets will be.

3. Should I send you my original photograph,
or just a negative?
Ideally, when you order a FotoMagnet, you should send Magnets Direct
a reprint of an original photograph. Magnets Direct, Inc. cannot be responsible
for Magnets lost in transit or damaged by postal or package carriers.
We require a finished photograph for Magnet production; negatives will
be accepted at this time.

4. What if I want multiple copies of
a Foto Magnet?
If you wish to get several copies of your
favorite big league football team, or of your little preschooler, you
must send us the required number of photo reprints. Magnets Direct, Inc.
cannot accept photo negatives at this time for processing.

5. How long will it take for me to
get my Magnets?
Unless a shipping timeframe appears on a Magnet Direct product page,
or you have been promised a special rush job by our Sales Staff, processing
time for a FotoMagnet is typically around three to four weeks.
